Silhouette Bottle

Hand-built from light stoneware clay, this striking ceramic vessel was expertly cut to size, then carved with a silhouette extending from the spout to the foot of the pot; a black underglaze was applied to this silhouette, resulting in a truly eye-catching aesthetic. Flanking the black underglaze is artist Joe Lee's signature "Cityscape" pattern, glazed in a green oribe.
