Summer Splendor Vase

This lovely vase was wheel-thrown in white stoneware clay, then enhanced with a blush-pink to vermilion ombre underglaze was applied. The artist carved the basket pattern and carefully applied each handmade flower and monarch butterfly. Clear glossy glaze with China paint details on the butterflies and flowers add extra charm.
