Artist Michal Golan sees circles as representing femininity and womanhood; this dazzling mosaic displays a colorful cluster of brightly-hued circles to represent the diversity of women around the world and their historical struggles to live freely. This ceramic wall sculpture was created in white stoneware and sculptural clay, using low-fire glazes, underglazes, and oxides.
