Foggy Waters

The "fog" in this image (taken midday at Vancouver Island, Canada) was made by using a 9-stop neutral density filter which enabled the artist to make a 30-second exposure. The moving ocean waters then became blurred. The artist prints with archival pigment inks on fine art matte papers. Digital manipulation was used to enhance details of the image. Signed and numbered on back. Limited edition of 25.
