Crater Lake Cuff

Another "power cuff" from artist Ellen Cohen! Sterling silver or bronze casting grain is thrown across a sheet of the same metal and then, after fused to the base, filled in with additional grain. The bubbles that build up in the fusing process complement and add to the desired effect. Textured sheet is run through a rolling mill to slightly flatten the grain. Formed, molded, cast, and hand-finished.
