Orange Crush

This mixed-media work was inspired by the colors and sense of wonder found in naturally-lit landscapes. Created with natural pigments on paper, each color source is handmade by the artist and includes plant-based pigments of goldenrod, orange cosmos, and cochineal.

Mounted on a hardwood cradle with an acid-free wheat paste and framed with a poplar floater frame, it's protected with an additional layer of wax and UV varnish. Ready to hang.
