Resevoir Near Aix

Nan Haas Feldman's mixed-media works are begun outside, with charcoal drawings that are then outlined in colored wax crayons; next she adds oil pastels, then watercolor which fills in any spaces and creates texture. The result is a richly colored, painterly work filled with bold colors and shapes. This work depicts the reservoir at the Barage de Bimont dam near Aix-en-Provence, France. Matted and ready to frame, it ships flat and bagged.
