This evocative work was created with oil paint on archival film and is part of a series wherein artist Virginia Bradley experiments with the 95 degree Caribbean sun and salt water as alchemical agents. Inspired by the critically endangered reefs in Playa Santa, this piece celebrates the colorful life thriving there today thanks to restoration efforts curbing wastewater dumping.
