Vessels in Dreamtime No.19

"Vessels in Dreamtime No.19" is part of a series paying homage to Aboriginal art. Since Aboriginal art uses dots as a way of portraying their stories using each tribes symbols, the artist decided to use the "vessel" as her symbol. This way she could make up vessels to carry functional objects like fruit and flowers as well as design vessels to carry dreams, nightmares, and wishes. This was her way of paying homage to the Aboriginal people of Australia. Wood cradle sides.
