Tunnel Vision Brooch

This brooch represents a passage to the possibility of imaginary worlds in the shadows of our minds. Hand formed layers of polymer clay over a mold. Thin veneers are applied one by one, and delicate patterns are impressed into the clay, backfilled, and cured. The colorful surfaces are the actual color of the clay, applied and cured in up to 10-12 individual stages.

This meticulous process results in a lightweight, hollow, statement brooch. Each piece by this artist features a hand-carved and backfilled signature block on the back, ensuring that each piece is uniquely yours.
