Return Policy and Order Cancellations
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders and final sale items—see below). Holiday gifts purchased after 10/1/20 may be returned until 1/15/21. To make a return or exchange, please visit My Account, email email@example.com, or call 1-877-223-4600.
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders (except for orders shipped to Canada—see below). If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive Artful Home credit for the difference.
Special or Custom Orders
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
We realize that the 14-day return window may not be feasible for gifts, and we will accept gift returns within an extended time frame. If you return a gift, you may choose to receive Artful Home credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item, less return shipping charge.
We hope that your new shoes are a perfect fit—but we understand that this may not always be the case. To make sure that these shoes are keepers, please try them on in a clean, carpeted area before wearing them. Once worn, they cannot be returned. Shoes in new, unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Apparel in new, unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on apparel that has been damaged, altered, or worn.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please call us at 1-877-223-4600 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Return Shipping Costs
Apparel, Shoes, and Jewelry
There is a flat fee of $6.95 per shipment (one shipment=one address). For example, if you return three tops to one designer, you will be charged for one shipment. If each top ships to a different designer, you will be charged for three shipments.
Art and Home Decor
The return charge is the actual cost of shipping the artwork. Because most artists ship directly from their studios, most returns are shipped directly back to the artists. To find out how much your return will cost, please call us at 1-877-223-4600.
Your refund will be processed one business day after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive Artful Home credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item. If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- To get started, visit My Account online, call 1-877-223-4600, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If your order arrived via UPS or USPS, we will provide you with a return service label (except for Canadian customers; see below). If your order arrived via a freight carrier or blanket-wrap service, please inspect the artwork before signing off on the delivery. To return a freight delivery piece, please contact us to make arrangements.
- Repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged; use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging. If you are unsure how to securely repack your order, please call us at 1-877-223-4600 for assistance.
- Send your return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the return service label.
Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email email@example.com or call 1-877-223-4600. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed the next business day, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
We are unable to provide return shipping labels for Canadian customers. To make a return or exchange, please call 1-877-223-4600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and return address information. You will be responsible for creating and paying for the return shipping label for both returns and exchanges.
