Corey Silverman created The Furnace in the summer of 2007.

Corey Silverman was formally trained as a glass artist at Alfred University in NY. After graduating with his BFA, Silverman worked with several glass studios before opening his own studio near Denver.

After much experimentation, Silverman found himself always coming back to the blown form. "I love the immediacy found in making a blown vessel."

Recipient Loved It!

I got this set for my niece for a housewarming gift. She took sent picture and raved about the beautiful pumpkin trio. The craftsmanship looks wonderful. I am a little jealous I didn't get it for myself!

Beautiful, classy pumpkins

Everything about this pumpkin set is beautiful. Very fine craftsmanship. I put the trio on a small, inexpensive fall colored bowl and displayed it in my glass cabinet from the first of October through Thanksgiving. I hated to pack if away but it will be a treat using it again next year.

Exquisite workmanship

I saw these in a gift shop in Kennebunkport ME and fell in love with them. I bought two for gifts and decided I needed a set of my own. Just love them!
