This wheel-thrown and hand-carved fluted box displays a lovely waterlily motif and a hand-modeled heron and waterlily on its lid; airbrushed matte glazes fired to maturity in an oxidation kiln lend a soft, graceful exterior. Designed to work well as a jewelry box or a small urn. Signed and dated.
