Bluebird Peach Tea

Wheel thrown porcelain tea with hand modeled peach and hand rolled handle with sculpted peach and bluebird. Base is hand sculpted porcelain in the manner of wood. Airbrushed matte glazes fired to maturity in an oxidation kiln. There is nothing like a peach and what could be better than the bluebird of happiness perched on the lid? This is a sculptural nonfunctional tea, but it does bring that smile of happiness to one viewing it. It's the perfect addition to anyone's teapot collection. Signed and dated.
