Wheel thrown porcelain tea with hand carved lotus motifs and hand sculpted base simulating wood, but it's porcelain! Airbrushed matte glazes fired to maturity in an oxidation kiln. Sculptural, non-functional tea. This tea is part of the artist's mini tea series for those who love to collect teas but have limited space or they just like small stuff, which the artist does as well. A little frog sits by the lotus contemplating life on the pond. Signed and dated.
