Round Blue Naked Raku Pottery

This wheel-thrown pot is covered in several layers of soft green terra sigillata, hand polished, then fired with slip using the naked raku technique, resulting in a unique crackle pattern without the use of glaze. Artist Lance Timco delights in the process of creating pottery, pouring his heart into forming, decorating, and finishing each piece; this love for the work is evident in the fine craftwork on display.
