Artist Patricia Barry Levy uses her camera as the starting point in the construction of her visual stories; landscape, studio photographs, and scans are layered and combined into a new metaphorical context. Each print is a first-generation work, made by the artist using archival pigment inks onto high quality fine art paper. This print comments on the joys and pressures of an individual traveling out into the wider world. Ships rolled in a tube, not ready to hang.
