This delightful and playful work of art consists of a sleek metal bowl which rests on a bed of brass and copper orbs and beads, silver-soldered together with 24 cast sterling silver spheres; atop the silver spheres sit diminutive figurines waving their beloved books. The work is reminiscent of a rocky coastline and sports a rich patina.
