Jewelry designer Erica Zap has been surrounded by art and craft all of her life. Her parents owned an international handcraft shop that sold artwork collected from their extensive travels around the world. This early exposure to exotic art and culture has greatly influenced her work.

Each of Zap's designs starts with brass shapes and forms that are electroplated in a variety of metals. These elements are then combined with carved and cast toggles or magnetic clasps.

Erica Zap graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a BFA in gold- and silversmithing.

I am very happy with my purchase. I chose the deep red and I am glad I did . There is only one problem. I must not have measured my wrist correctly so the bracelet is too large. I will try and find a way to make it work but still it is a beautiful piece.

Love this bracelet!

This is my fourth piece from Erica Zap and it might be my favorite. With the silver and gold it can be worn with everything. Thank you for all the wrist sizes. I thought I would needed bigger than normal but I am returning for my true size.

Another beautiful piece . . .

Another beautiful piece from Erica Zap. This bracelet will pick up the pops of red in a lot of my outfits. Because it was made for my wrist measurement, it doesn't twist around on my wrist, although the toggle closure is so pretty!

Gorgeous bracelet!

This bracelet was a birthday present for my sister. She loved it but it was too big. I contacted Artful Home and they took it from there. This talented artist was glad to exchange it for a smaller size. It was past the two week return date but the artist was willing to exchange it. It was very kind of her!
