The Survivor

One-of-a-kind box created from a copy of "The Survivor" by Dennis Parry. The pages were cut out to form a box. This cavity is lined with handmade Japanese paper. The domed copper box is functional with a removable lid. One tiny, cast-silver woman stands in triumph at the end of a trail of obstacles made from copper tacks, melted copper, and copper wire. All decoration is oxidized, polished, and bolted to the cover of the book.
