Jewels from Within Triptych with 30 Circle

These wall pieces are made of 85 percent hand-cast abaca paper. Black joint compound is then put on the surface and when dried and sanded, it is covered with copper leaf. Fired copper is layered and floated in the center of the squares. These squares in the circle have an inner glow to them which appears as light from the inside. Painted cedar willow sticks are attached to the surface. Each piece is unique and will vary slightly
