Love the design....not the fabric

I kept this because visually, I like the pattern. It is arty and unique. But I had an expectation that the fabric would be softer and drape better. It is quite stiff. So it doesn't fit the way I think it should. The "hand" of this fabric would be better suited for a more tailored and fitted garment. Also, the sleeves could be a bit more fitted. I did size down because of the style and it is still quite roomy.
