This one-of-a-kind pearl and ring harmoniously combines natural elegance with fine craftsmanship. Carved, cast, and then fabricated, the curves of the silver band echo the graceful contours of this mesmerizing Cortez Mabe Pearl. Size 7.25

Sea of Cortez Mabe Pearls are rare saltwater cultured pearls from the rainbow lipped Pteria sterna oyster, native to Mexico’s Sea of Cortez. This Mabe Pearls was cultured in Bacochibampo Bay, where they are harvested once a year.
Pearls are organic and must be protected from chemicals and oils. Always put pearls on after applying lotions, perfume, cologne, make-up, or hair products. Before putting your pearls away after wearing them for the day, wipe them with a soft cloth to remove dust or oil. Store them in a cloth-lined box or pouch and keep them away from other jewelry, which might scratch them. It is best not to put your pearls in an ultrasonic or steam cleaner.

Brice Garrett

"I am fascinated by the power of jewelry and how it can act as a second skin, seamlessly blending with one's individual identity, rooted habitually on the body while maintaining mobility in the physical world. My aim is to create jewelry that embodies this essence and evolves into cherished future heirlooms."

Incorporating carefully selected natural gemstones, Brice Garrett crafts jewelry that transcends time using the ancient lost wax casting technique. Each design evolves organically in response to the distinct qualities of the individual gemstones, resulting in unique limited-edition and one-of-a-kind jewelry. With a traditional training in jewelry and metalsmithing, Brice's studio practice ranges across disciplines, encompassing fine jewelry and sculpture.

All of Brice Garrett's jewelry is crafted by hand in his Brooklyn studio. He employs the lost wax casting technique to produce one-of-a-kind and limited-edition jewelry. He works exclusively with recycled precious metals and ethically mined and sourced gemstones.

Brice was introduced to jewelry at a young age from apprenticing with his uncle who is a Goldsmith in Laguna Beach, California. Brice went on to study jewelry in San Diego and in Stockholm, Sweden. He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, where he maintains an active studio practice.
