Ken and Ingrid Hanson
"We constantly strive to evolve our ideas to create unique and exciting works of art in glass. It is the intensity and unpredictability of hot glass that inspires constant change in our work. Through collaboration, we are able to share our visions and skills to create one-of-a-kind works of art. "

Ken and Ingrid Hanson have worked together since their early college years. Although traditional Italian and Swedish glassblowing techniques inspire them, they employ a bold and innovative color palette to create their unique, contemporary art glass.

The artists pay great attention to the detail of the surface decoration on their vessels. They first create brightly colored stripes and shapes using hand-formed cane and murrini, and then, during the blowing process, they fuse these inclusions onto the surface of the glass. They also often include 24K gold and pure silver leaf in many of their pieces.

Monet Glassware

I previously ordered 6 tumblers but decided to order 2 more for a set of 8. I then saw they had the smaller Monet glasses so, I ordered a set of 8. The entire order came well wrapped and intact. Once we unraveled all the tape and foam I just sat there and admired the beautiful glasses. Totally worth the price!

Monet Tumblers Are True Works of Art

We now have a full set of the Monet Tumblers. Each one is a work of art. I have two men in my life who love them and will actually look for them, especially for their cold brews. Pretty amazing given that I cannot ever remember either one looking for a particulsr glass ever. They feel lovely in your hand, smoth as silk and a bit weighty.

Exceeded Expectations in Every Way

Design and colors couldn't be more beautiful and delightful. The feel of the glass is solid but not too heavy. The bottom finish refined with no sharp points or edges. Signature on bottom is hand done. This glass exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to give it to one of my closest friends on her birthday - a very special gift indeed! Will purchase again for gifts in the future.
