Mike Wallace studied glassblowing at the Corning Museum of Glass and the Toledo Museum of Art, where he completed several years of independent study. In 2001, he began to pursue glass art as a full-time career. Currently, he works out of his own studio which, as part of a series of "back in time" attractions, also includes blacksmith and carpentry shops.

Fun!

Originally, I was worried about shipping, as I thought the marbles would be loose in the "bag". They're not, so no worries there. Love the colors, love puzzling about how it was done(magic? Masterful technique!) and how it catches light. Beautiful!

Just love this piece. The piece I got was even more beautiful than the ones in the ad. I got to know the artist by asking him how to clean it after talking with him I like it even more. It's a beautiful piece by a great artist.

Unique and colorful

I have been looking at this piece for awhile and finally bit the bullet and purchased the larger one. It is very beautiful and I have received many compliments.
But...for almost a thousand dollars, you'd think it would be larger...
