Giclee Print

Created by Maureen Kerstein
Giclee print of an original oil painting, printed on archival fine art paper with archival inks. Signed by the artist. The artist begins a painting by preparing a mixture of fresh colors on a palette. As the paint is applied to the paper the artist sprays and pours water, allowing it to mix and mingle. The intensity of paint application, water movement, and even the weather can highly influence the direction and final outcome of the painting. The result is a completely unique painting. Limited edition of 250 per size.

Comments about Breathe, Medium:

I have seen a number of Maureen Kerstein's original watercolors in person at several Savannah area locations -- and yes, I bought one -- and yes, I love it! The details are amazing and the colors are incredible. They take you to a beautiful place and capture a moment in time that you want to savor. As you get closer, you will pause and wonder how she was able to create the appearance of depth and texture with watercolor. I have never seen anything like it.
