"I've always been drawn to the imagery of the past and balancing it with elements from the present. By combining different eras in the same image, I'm able to create new realities open to multiple interpretations. I often find the most interesting art is that which tells a story."

Jason Brueck draws inspiration from images both past and present, light and dark, often combining the two in hopes of creating a counterbalanced symmetry. His goal is to take the seemingly unimaginable and make it a visual reality by blurring the lines between the real and the surreal, creating a story in which the final interpretation is open to multiple realizations.

Jason Brueck is a digital artist combining found imagery and personal photographs into photo surrealistic landscapes. These images are created on his computer using Photoshop, then printed on fine art paper using archival inks and a large format Canon printer.

Jason Brueck has been creating artwork since 2011, when he decided he needed an outlet from his full-time job as an attorney. He was drawn to digital art because it offers limitless possibilities and an aesthetic he felt was lacking in the current artistic landscape. Starting off in coffee shops and bars, his work can now be found in a number of hotels, universities, and other corporate clients.

It Simply Makes Me Happy

Every time I walk by Star Lite Star Bright, I smile. It's placed at the top of our stairs, is seen from several vantage points in the entry, it's just cool.

A Perfect Blend of Messages

I was attracted to Star Lite, Star Brite as the juxtoposition of the astronaut along with the "Route 66" vintage motel sign in the sea drives one to think creatively about what the artist was looking to convey. It's controversial and open to ones' interpretation of what the future might entail.

The piece is bright, printed on quality paper and the night sky with the stars is very impactful.

Great print

This is a great quality print, and I just love it. I am into surreal art so this just upped the ante. Kind of like the future. Would buy more like these if offered.
