Peg Fetter creates work that balances between toughness and delicacy, that combines the intrinsic preciousness of jewelry with the edginess of blacksmithing.

Fetter received her MFA from Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied with Heikki Seppa. Additional classes at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts inspired Fetter to combine steel with metalsmithing to create the organic and industrial quality for which her work is known.

Fetter has taught workshops around the country, as well as teaching at Craft Alliance, Fontbonne University, and St. Louis University.

This is a simple yet wear-with-anything bracelet. I love this Artist's work and have many pieces of hers- having ordered 3 of this particular bracelet. Pieces are very well made, not the 'ordinary' sort you would find in stores. I pair this with other of Ms. Fetter's bracelets. Cannot give enough compliments for her work.

I would recommend this bracelet

I will combine this piece with other pieces I already own. I was drawn to it because of the oxidized coloration combined with the gold. The photo gives the appearance that the gold is somewhat raised, it is not. If it were, I would rate it a 6. (I am curious if the dark color, once worn off, can be reapplied). Love that it is handmade and I can identify the artist. Thank you for your beautiful work, it is a piece I will enjoy for years to come.
