"I first discovered my love and passion for glass in 2011, while attending Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. As an undergrad, I started working at a shop near campus that primarily sold locally made glass. I immediately became submerged in a world of beautifully made and intricately colored glass. It was at that shop that I began to meet the artists behind the work I admired. I asked every Glassblower I met to work for trade in their shops, persuading them to let me clean, organize, or do anything necessary to convince them to help train me in their craft."

Rebecca has worked more than 10 years in furnace glass blowing production. She took a variety of intensive six-day studies of various techniques at Corning Museum of Glass to increase her skills and worked with many master glass blowers. In 2023, she made the decision to go out on her own and start her solo career.
