Intriguing twists of intersecting squares yield a boldly unconventional design. Drawing inspirations from traditional wood structure by evolving from basic details, the repetition of geometrical rhythm generates an organic beauty with twisted curved lines. Crafted using polyester twisted around stainless steel wire.

0.75"w. Finished with a easy on and off magnetic clasp.

Available in four sizes:
  • Small: fits 6.6" wrist
  • Medium: fits 7" wrist

"I am an architect, and I love to design and make jewelry with my own hands. Sterling silver, gold, and other natural materials are my new "building materials" in these small-scale sculptures. To me, jewelry design and making is an extension of myself and the world around me. "

Perhaps by fate, as Sophia Hu advanced in her skills as a silversmith, more and more architectural features have appeared in her work. Space, light, shadow, and texture play important roles in her jewelry design.

Besides traditional silversmithing techniques, Sophia Hu is never tired of trying new ideas and concepts to find her own language in jewelry design.

Sophia Hu received her master's degree in architecture design and practiced architecture and interior design for over fifteen years. She is a self-taught silversmith. Her architectural skills bring her jewelry design to a new level.
