The surface of the cuff is rounded creating an incredibly comfortable feel. The central design element sits atop the wrist and flows toward the hand. A truly elegant heirloom piece.

Britt Anderson Designs
"My design aesthetic is derived from sketches based on elliptical and curvilinear shapes with emphasis on a muted angular theme."

Fascinated by the unlimited possibilities of lines and curves, Britt Anderson explores anticlastic forming to create his dynamic jewelry. Anderson forms each piece by drawing patterns onto flat sheets of gold and then hand hammering the metal until it becomes three-dimensional. The forming and finishing of each item is extremely labor intensive, making the creation of two sets of earrings in one day an accomplishment. Though complicated and demanding, anticlastic forming allows for exceptionally strong, lightweight, and visually appealing jewelry.

The artist uses only recycled, ecologically processed gold for all of his pieces.
