Jacob Keleher Jewelry
"I believe that jewelry should have no boundaries, no matter who you are you should be able to wear whatever makes you feel your best."

Gemstones have always been Jacob Keleher's passion. As a child he collected and hoarded stones and would go through them daily with an unwavering fascination. Today, he still possesses the same wonder and amazement, however he now has the knowledge and skill to use his stones combined with metal to create beautiful objects of adornment. Jacob's vision for jewelry is that it be textural, well built, and functional. The goal is to be able to enhance a person's outward appearance but also to reach into the soul and bring joy from the inside out for us to see. He feels if he can achieve that then he did his job as an artist.

Jacob uses precious metals such as sterling silver and high-karat gold combined with diamonds, precious stones, and semi-precious stones. Two guiding principles of his jewelry are texture and contrast. The texture is achieved by individually hand carving each piece to resemble a wood grain texture and then forming that metal into the desired shape. Contrast is applied by adding stones of different colors, diamonds against a dark service, or by pairing oxidized silver with high-karat gold.

Jacob trained under James LeTerneau, while also being self-taught. Jacob created many of the techniques he uses himself and created his line in 2009.
