Garcia works with sheets of gold, using techniques that include cutting, sawing, forging, and soldering. Garcia works in 18k and 22k gold and natural stones.

Garcia is primarily self-taught with over 30 years of experience. She has also completed a master's program in jewelry in Florence, Italy.
