Pretty and well made top

Pretty and well made top. But I followed the reviews and sized down and that was a mistake. I should have ordered my regular size. Top is tight with no give. And it can't be returned or exchanged.

Sorry I ordered something that could not be returned. So much for being on sale. I looked at the size description and ordered the small. The neckline is at least and inch too wide, even for MY big head. Don’t know how I can alter.
