Miscanthus

The ornamental grass Miscanthus is portrayed with 155 aluminum discs inlaid in a sapele table top, floated above a base of ebonized ash and satin anodized aluminum. A gentle asymmetrical curve graces the front of the top. Sapele is an African hardwood with beautiful grain that is enhanced in this table by the graceful form of Miscanthus grass in motion.
