Furniture maker Kino Guerin is always in search of equilibrium: between the work of art and the utility object, between the curve and the straight line, and finally, in the choice of materials. Noble woods and precious veneers coexist with industrial materials such as plywood. Guerin's twelve years of research and experimentation with the vacuum press lamination process has allowed him to push the limits of the process in a uniquely fluid way. With each furniture design, Kino Guerin creates an airiness and lightness, a piece of functional sculpture.

Simply Lovely Shelf

It's exactly as pictured and arrived very well packaged . It's a sturdy piece and instructions were included in the package. Truly a work of art to leave unadorned or with your favorite objects on it. The only problem was that the heads on all of the included screws were too small and they went right through the holes in the brackets. I had to find other screws to use. My other wish is that I could choose which side the S could be on the shelf, left or right. I'm very pleased all in all with this purchase.

A Showstopper

I had a design dilemma. I wanted a foyer table, but my front door opened the wrong way. Also there was a flooring change along the wall. The solution was to hang a shelf at table height to complete the space. The S Shelf caught my eye and it works perfectly! Everyone comments on it and it completes the space. A truly unique piece. I highly recommend.

Great work!

This artist does wonderful work. I purchased a bench that he made and then this beautiful shelf for a gift. The shelf is a work of art in itself. Nothing needs to be added to it. It's lovely and made the receiver very happy.

The S Shelf is exactly as named.

The S Shelf is our second purchase. The first one was desired by people who purchased our home; unfortunately, we had to leave it.

This piece is well made, looks great, and is functional. It is cleverly
made and will promote many good comments from your guests.

Also, it is easy to install.
