Nine Square Mine Stool
Wood Stool
Created by
Craig Demmon
Drawing inspiration from the lore and landscape of the West, this stool is reminiscent of the seemingly random (yet actually deliberate) patterns of mine shafts and passages.
It is handcrafted from beetle-kill pine timbers, wood which has been harvested from standing dead timber and hand-picked for its unique color and character. The timbers are arranged in various nine-square grid patterns, then glued together long grain to long grain. Includes plastic leveling glides.
