"The pieces I create are simple and strong, yet playful. They are versatile enough to wear dressed up or down and are meant to be worn every day."

Holly Churchill Lane was heavily influenced by time spent in West Africa, along with being a product of the experimental 1980s. There is a spareness to her work that gives a nod to both modern design and ancient cultures. She is always trying to bring order out of chaos in her designs.

Lane uses the highest quality recycled 18k gold along with responsibly sourced diamonds and gemstones. Some of her designs are one-of-a-kind fabricated pieces while others are limited production cast pieces. This way of working offers a variety of choices for customers in terms of the materials and styling details.

Lane attended Parsons School of Design as well as a summer program in West Africa. After receiving a BFA from Kent State University, she studied at the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and apprenticed with jewelry artist Nancy Linkin of Camden, Maine.
